Manager/Senior Manager

You will be a part of the Sales team at a young, leading Entertainment organization. This is the team responsible to drive entire revenue of the company.

Your main job responsibilities will include :

- To achieve sales target against each property (be it branded or our owned IP). Revenue generation could be through brand solution, content sales or IP sponsorship

- Understand the current/future market trends and deploy the same to optimise day to day work/client interactions.

Ideate : To brainstorm with team members and ideate on new solutions for clients.

Client Presentation : Post getting the brief/brainstorming, work with the internal team and prepare a perfect deck/pitch for the clients.

Strong Execution : Person should be able to execute the idea/deliverables agreed with the client. S/He should be able to work with the on ground team to ensure all deliverables are met.

Client Servicing : Person responsible has to ensure client serving effectively.

Tie-ups with New Clients : While we have our existing data base of clients we work with. One of the main job responsibility is to focus on new tie-ups in different industry.

Existing Relationships : S/He should have strong existing relationship with clients in the industry/zone.
