Role: Manager/ Senior Manager - Sales (eLearning)
Job location: Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, New Delhi, Kerala
WORK EXPERIENCE
- 5 - 8 years of relevant experience in Institutional Sales of which 4+ years of selling to Government.
- Solution selling experience
- Strong client servicing experience
- Strong negotiation and closing skills

RESPONSIBLITIES
- Customer acquisition and managing business operations in an allocated region
- Meeting and Surpassing the mutually agreed sales budgets/targets for the region
- Managing and growing government / corporate business and market share in a region
- Develop relationships at the highest levels in the customer's organization in the region
- Ensure timely visits to Universities, Libraries, & Research Centers
- Collaborate with Internal Sales Support, Regional Sales Manager to actively map and manage customer relationships in the territory
- Represent company and make corporate and product presentations at customer locations.
- Jointly work with publisher partners in developing government / corporate sales in region
- Work closely with the Product Management team to understand product offerings.
- Ensure timely reporting as per guide lines provided.
- Ensuring optimum utilization of resources and internal processes to ensure customer satisfaction and growth in the territory.
- Creative planning for sales related activities for the areas to drive volumes.
- Maintaining up to date files, information generation feedback from the market.
