Job Description:

- We are looking for Manager / Senior Manager Sales for our end to end HR solution sales:

- Conceptualize & drive effective sales strategies

- Identify new sales opportunities

- Lead generation & convert potential leads into prospectus

- Drive revenue growth from new as well as existing customers

- Meet and exceed defined sales target

- Develop strong long-term c-Level relationship

- To provide continuous market insight

- Engage & retain clients with regular follow ups & value delivery.

Desired Profile:

- Graduate / MBA in business or technical with 6 to 12 years hard core sales experience

- Minimum 3 year of experience in Executive search and staffing firm.

- Strong business acumen

- Excellent communication skill

- Aggressive and Target oriented

- Should be able to work Independently

- Sharp, articulate, energetic with a CAN-DO attitude
