We have an urgent opening for Delhi/Bangalore/Chennai Locations with our Client for Manager/Sr. Manager Sales.   Preference - Candidate from Management Consulting Firms/Security Agencies will be preferred.  Please find below the details of the profile for your kind perusal.  Job Profile -   - Developing strategy, tactics, sales plans and profit targets  - Developing relationships with clients  - Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target markets  - Representing the business at conferences, trade fairs and networking events  - Maximising new business development opportunities  - Overseeing a sales team  - Lead the corporate sales function in the defined territory   - Execute the sales strategy effectively to produce desired outcomes.  - Expand the network and build strong partnerships.  - Manage budget and forecasts to achieve revenue and profitability growth targets.  - Manage internal reporting, analysis and insights around activations, redemptions and performance across partners and channels  - Execute both strategically and tactically to deliver desired results  EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE  Must have done Graduation or equivalent; with a Master's Degree in related field and 7+ years experiences in sales and business development.   COMPETENCIES  - Ability to analyze complex data and develop recommendations and solutions.  - Excellent planning and organizing skills.  - Verbal and written communication skills.  - Excellent interpersonal and communication (both verbal and written) skills with an ability to present information clearly and consistently.  - Strong team management responsibilities and people management skills.  - Ability to lead by example and motivate the team and be a team player.  - Strong customer and results orientation.  - Ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures.  - Ability to function as an effective team member.  Preference - Candidate from Management Consulting Firms/Security Agencies will be preferred.
