Manager/Senior Manager - Risk Management - Stock Broking

Expected - Relevant Years of Experience: 6-8 years

Location - Mumbai

Reports to:Risk Head

CTC- 15 LACS PA

Key Skills Required:

Functional:

- End to end risk management for private client (PCG) broking business including monitoring of client positions, margin expenses, liquidation of positions if required.

- Knowledge of Institutional broking business will be an added advantage

- Coordinate with internal, statutory and regulatory auditors to provide and clarify audit queries related to risk desk

- Knowledge of stock exchange and SEBI driven risk framework for brokers

- Regular review of risk policies

Behavioral:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Analytical and thorough, with good attention to detail

- Highly motivated, with ability both to work alone and as part of a management team

- Ability to work under pressure/handle the pressure

Technical:

Knowledge essential

- Trading and RMS software OMNESYS

- Knowledge of Advance excel including Macros

- Basic functionalities for NEAT & BOLT is required from Admin point of view

- Automation of Processes and MIS reports

Knowledge preferable

- Backoffice software CLASS

- Intraday monitoring & Surveillance Analysis & Control and Risk software LD RAKSHAK

- NCFM certificates for Cash and Derivatives module. Also, certificate on Surveillance in Stock Market.

Key Role Responsibilities:

- End to end Risk Management for broking business

- Evaluate risk related matters for Broking business

- Monitoring transaction alerts & acting on it.

- Regular review of Risk policies

- Draft / Frame risk policy / policies for broking business
