Manager/Senior Manager- Risk Management

- Minimum 4 years of risk management experience (preferably in ORM with leading professional services firms)

- Design and implement end-to-end ORM program (Develop, implement and maintain an ORM framework and supporting policies and procedures).

- Have knowledge of risk appetite, tolerance, thresholds and limits concepts and application.

- Have knowledge of risk governance principles and organizational structures from the Board to the Risk Owner.

- Establish and maintain a risk management philosophy and culture within the organization.

- Facilitate the identification of risks utilizing appropriate tools and techniques (conduct risk and control self assessment for functional units).

- Identify and assess risk treatment options including developing risk treatment plans.

- Facilitate the development of risk response strategies (mitigation plans).

- Develop process flow diagrams, descriptions, and procedures.

- Define and implement Key Risk Indicators, Loss Event Root Cause Analysis and risk monitoring plans.

- Design risk reports for senior management.

- Coordinate the activities of the Risk Management Committee.

Qualification : Bachelors Degree (preferably Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Commerce)

- CA, Masters in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Finance
