Manager/Senior Manager - Risk Management - Media

Our client is one of the leading Media firm.

Selection Criteria :

Education : Any CA/MBA

Sector Exposure : 4.6-7+Yrs exp of Risk Advisory / Risk Management-Media sector from any of the Management Consulting OR from any of the Media Industry.

Designation : Manager/Sr.Manager-Risk Management

Location : Mumbai

CTC : As per industry Standards

Experience : Min 4.6-7+Yrs of post qualification exp of Risk Advisory / Risk Management-Media Sector from any of the Management Consulting OR from any of the Media Industry.

Job Responsibilities :

- Conduct yearly Risk Assessment, Prepare Risk based Audit Plan for Group Companies, review and supervise the audit carried out by the team close the audit, prepare and present during the Audit Committee Presentation.

- Assisting the Management in identifying and mitigating risks, by planning and conducting risk based internal audits, monitoring compliances for improving operational & design efficiencies and effectiveness of internal control systems for the entire group.

- Prepare a risk-based internal audit plan and execute the same as per the defined periodicity.

- Facilitate formulation & execution of Risk Management Framework and assist the senior management in identifying risks, their impact and formulating mitigation plans.

The candidate would be required to work across geographies.

- Candidate must be willing to travel.

The position would be based out of Mumbai.
