Location - Mumbai

What you would do :

- As a Fintech Risk Manager, you will drive credit policy and strategy for the entire fintech portfolio.

- Drive underwriting process across central and regional teams within established TAT

- Ensure continuous monitoring and driving portfolio performance to enhance existing policies and scoring models

- Collaborate with external vendors and analyze customer behavior on platform to ensure optimal inputs are provided to improve the credit decisioning process

Who we're looking for :

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field. MBA from premier institutes (preferred) or CAs with demonstrated experience.

- Substantial experience in Risk Management.

- Experience in fintech would be a great added value.

- Good understanding of financial products.
