Manager/Senior Manager - Research & Development/Production - PVC Solvent Cement Industry

Looking for BE with 5+-10 +Years of experience.

Preferred:- Solvent Cement experience in Polymer/ PVC Pipes/ uPVC Pipes or related Industry

Department: Research & Development / Production

Job Responsibilities:

1. To plan the solvent manufacturing as per the requirement of production department.

2. To ensure smooth production of plant and co-ordinate with QC, QA, Stores,and engineering department as per requirement.

3. To prepare reports related to logistics

4. To implement improvement for cost reduction.

5. To Prepare, Monitoring and imparting Training of SOP.

6. Implementation and Monitoring of approved Change Control.

7. Issuance of consumable material from stores.

- Develop new products based on customer insights and successfully launch in PAN India.

- Responsible to reduce material cost of current product, which improve a significant profit margin.

- To develop new alternate raw material vendors against existing material vendor to reduce supply risk.

- To work collaboratively with operation team for improving current manufacturing process.
