The Role

- Lead challenging research projects, plan and execute desk and primary research (e.g. telephonic in-depth interviews), and translate findings into - solution packs- for clients

- Develop the team's capability to deliver start-to-end exceptional quality results on a variety of research and consulting assignments

- Ability to demonstrate domain and functional understanding in client projects

- Conduct broad industry analysis and research, company profiling, competitive benchmarking, market assessment, feasibility studies and similar projects

- Develop PowerPoint storyboards independently, by applying logical structuring techniques, primarily Mutually Exclusive Collectively Exhaustive (MECE) and Pyramid principle

- Measure and report productivity and efficiency at project and client account level

- Provide training and development support to junior team members

- Support the business development team by providing marketing collaterals like client testimonials, caselets etc.

What we are looking for

- MBA from Tier I or Tier 2 institutes, and/or Graduation/B. Tech. from top-ranked universities and engineering colleges in India or overseas

- 5-9 years of relevant business research experience, preferably in KPO or research industry

- Self-starters who can work with little or no supervision and take responsibility of team deliverables

- Attention to detail and focus on quality

- Excellent communication skills and Team player

- Experience of working with global clients across industry sectors

- Aspiration to be in an entrepreneurial role and accordingly suitable abilities and willingness

- Good mix of aggression and humility with ability to understand professionals from different background and act accordingly

- Experience of having led a minimum 35-40 secondary and/or primary research-driven significant research and consulting projects, and managed at least 5 high value ($100,000 or above per annum) client accounts

Compensation and Growth

Compensation will be structured to attract the best in industry and will consist of fixed salary and variable component. Fast trackers will be identified early and placed on an accelerated growth path, with direct mentoring from the senior management.
