Manager/Senior Manager - Regional HR Business Partner

I. Be the People Champion, their Advocate, their Coach, and their Recruiter, for the Cluster, including Factory and Logistics/Last Mile

II. Drive efficiency through optimal manpower mix, training and retention, in factory and last mile

III. Liaise with government officials and external stakeholders, ensuring harmonious relationships

IV. Design and deliver interventions that raise people capability and ensure a well-oiled machinery with opportunities for each individual, and successors for each role

V. Lead, Mentor and Coach the team enabling them to step up above and beyond their current roles and grow further

VI. Team up with Operations & People Experience folks ensure the right design, best talent and optimal cost structure

VII. Program manage company wide tracks in the areas of talent management, training, cost, HR Tech and green-field projects

VIII. Ensure compliance and governance mechanism, including budget, are in place

IX. Lead a team of 8 - 10 folks in the Cluster
