We have been mandated by a large global conglomerate into steel and mining industry for the below mentioned position. Position Name : Manager / Sr Manager- Recruitment Location : Angul ( Odisha) Department : HR Reports to : Head HR Qualification : MBA Experience : 4- 10 years Key Responsibilities: - Monitoring the cost budgeted for Talent sourcing. - Talent Acquisition planning &amp; Budgeting. - Identify and evaluate organizational staffing and recruitment needs and provide recruitment expertise to handle recruitment at all levels in diversified business and geographical spread including bulk recruitment through a seamless recruitment and selection process. - Support recruitment and staffing needs (e.g. local manpower sourcing, interview, selection and recommendations). - Advise the most appropriate recruitment channel and liaise with agencies, web providers, headhunters etc. - Hiring Talent within defined Service Level Agreement. - Design and manage recruitment process, systems and tools. Technical / Behavioral / Managerial / Critical Skills Desired : - Sound recruiting skills in Manufacturing sector, knowledge of various recruiting methods and channels. - Exposure to and strength in process and system driven approach. - Project Management experience. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to interact with all levels of Management and external providers. - Predictive Index certification is an asset. - International exposure and flexibility, including travel. - Ability to work independently and to coordinate several activities simultaneously. - Proficiency in MS Office. - Fluent in English, high level of written and verbal English.
