- Design the hiring strategy,deploy various channels and engage actively with potential talent on social platforms.
- Introduce innovative ideas to create delightful recruitment experience or Aha! moments for candidates.
- Drive, contribute and strengthen the recruitment strategy to promote the Employer Brand at all stages of the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with HR team and manage key stakeholders to make sure we hire the best quality talent
- Partner with recruitment specialists across industry and proactively manage multiple hiring platforms.
- Share knowledge and equip the hiring managers about industry best practices related to diversity hiring, inclusion, equal opportunity.
REQUIREMENTS:
- You must have 7+years of relevant recruitment experience into IT and Non IT recruitment.
- Should have worked extensively on various hiring channels, social media platforms and employer reviewing portals.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
- You will also be responsible for managing hiring dashboards hence, you should be good with numbers!
