Manager/Senior Manager - Recruitment & HR Operations - Manufacturing

Position Title :Manager /Sr Manager Recruitment and Operations

Job Responsibilities: We are seeking a dynamic HR professional who can support Management in rapid growth environment

Recruitment Operations :

- Handle Recruitment for all Levels in the Organization

- Assist senior leaders in developing strategies to attract top talent from diverse candidate pools.

- Serving as a liaison with Colleges, Employment agencies, and industry associations

- Source applicants through various methods to create a good pipeline for open positions.

- Screen applications, manage coordination of interviews and determine to follow through of recruitment process

- Conduct reference checks for selected candidates

- Maintain applicant tracking system and ensure joining of selected candidates

- Extend offers of employment and document gathering

HR Operations - Handle HR Operations for complete Employee Life Cycle including :

- On-boarding Formalities and Induction,

- New Employees background verification

- Employee attendance & leave management,

- Performance review and appraisal systems

- Employee Compensation and Benefits Administration

- Payroll management and ensuring compliance to regulatory concerns regarding employees.

- Employee relations and employee grievances solving, welfare management and Engagement

- Employee Attrition and Exit

- Employee Record Keeping / Database Updation and Management

- Build Employer Brand Value Proposition and culture of Great Place to Work

Desired Skills and Experience :

- Minimum 8-10 years of hands-on experience in Recruitment and HR Operations

- Excellent Communications and Interpersonal Skills

- Should be experienced and confident of interacting with MD, CEO, and HODs in the Organization

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Ability to travel to Factory site, other locations and attend recruitment meetings, college visits, and career fairs and maintain a flexible work schedule

- The candidate should preferably be from a Manufacturing Industry
