Manager/Senior Manager - Recruitment - Bulk Hiring - Front Line Sales Domain - BFSI

Primary responsibility will be to manage the Talent Acquisition end to end, recruitment cost effectively and attract great talent (Front Line Sales force) for the organization

Experience in external hiring through Vendors/consultants.

Experience in bulk hiring in Front Line Sales (preferably in Banking industry).

Experience in working closely with the leadership team including General Managers/ Regional Heads across the location.

Understand recruiting demand and skills profiles within area of responsibility

Responsible for a medium to large-sized recruiting pipeline, meeting recruiting targets and providing regular status reports

Provide guidance/expertise on sourcing channels appropriate

Review performance of existing sourcing channels

Bring about cost-effectiveness/innovation in the recruitment area regularly.
