Division/Department: Research & Development



Sub-Function: Powder Coating Division

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- New Product development, scale up and technical support in the area of powder coating.

- Capable to bring new powder coating technology/products in line with the business requirement

- Should have strong application knowledge.

- The candidate should have capability to lead powder coating development work.

Education and Work Experience Requirements:

- M. Sc. (Polymer)/ B. Tech (Polymer)/ B. Tech (Paint Tech)

- Experience: 10-15 years of experience in the area of powder coating application, development and technical service.

- PG Diploma with more experience can also be considered.

Personality Trait Requirements:

- Excellent written & verbal communication skills

- Must have attention to detail, time management, and integrity.

- Dynamic, objective, achievement oriented having sound managerial capability.

- Good in interpersonal relationship.

- Strong leadership capability.
