Manager/Senior Manager - R&D Biotech Analytical Development Team - Pharma

Candidate will function as a part of R&D Biotech analytical development team.

- Manage a team (2-3) scientists for method development, qualification and to provide analytical support for product development.

- Responsible for Method development, qualification and transfer to Quality Control (QC) to support lot release methods.

- Responsible for co-ordinating for outsourced analysis and characterization work.

- Evaluation and compliant documentation of experiments as well as compilation of development plans and reports.
