Manager/Senior Manager - RBI Compliance

RBI Compliance:

- Recognize, develop, maintain, and administer all aspects of the NBFC's compliance program adequate to ensure adherence to applicable RBI laws and regulations for NFBCs - SI/ Mid-layer in India, as well as implement cost effective compliance related solutions for the organization's compliance

- Ensuring compliance with RBI regulations, including foreign exchange management, FDI (Foreign Direct Investment) regulations, etc.

- Stay updated on RBI circulars applicable to the company's operations and disseminating regulations to business/support functions including providing ongoing advisory service

- Performing Compliance testing on RBI Circulars/policies and providing remarks thereof.

- Prepare and file necessary reports and returns with the RBI.

- Draft and ensure implementation of corporate governance frameworks/policies.

- Preparing documents to update management / Board on any regulatory changes impacting the Company.

- Engaging with Internal/statutory/Secretarial Auditors) in providing data & resolving queries.

- Assisting in handling inspections by RBI.

SEBI LODR Compliance (Debt Listing):

- Ensure compliance with SEBI LODR regulations pertaining to debt listed companies.

- Assist in preparing and filing periodic reports, disclosures, and intimation to stock exchanges.

- Monitor and report changes in SEBI regulations and listing requirements.

- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure adherence to SEBI guidelines.

Companies Act Compliance:

- Coordinate and assist in the preparation of agenda, minutes, and resolutions for board and committee meetings.

- Assisting in compliance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and other applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
