- Ability to perform analytics on RCM data and capability to do problem solving

- Ability to plan and strategize to meet daily/weekly/monthly goals

- RCM AR/Denials experience

- Understanding of complete RCM life cycle

- Working knowledge of claims

- Ability to work multiple clients

- Ability to interact with end customer on a daily/weekly/monthly basis

- Experience in managing large teams (including managing TLs/AMs)
