Responsibility :
- Actively Coach & mentor project leaders in structuring, analyzing, and solutioning of Improvement initiatives to deliver sustainable results
- Train and engage people to drive quality culture and continuous improvements. Facilitate Pragati participation, Yellow Belt, GB Rapid, GB DMAIC and other trainings for associates.
- Co-own the process metrics. Identify end-to-end process improvement opportunities within aligned processes, creation of business case and quantification of potential benefits. Working with LoB leaders to generate buy-in.
- Work closely with LoB leadership team to support change management offshore as well as onshore. Provide analytical support on need basis.
- Project management of portfolio of initiatives for aligned LoB- s, and ensuring rigor and engagement from multiple project teams to drive business results
Experience :
- 11 or more years of experience.
- Exposure to technology services environment including development required - work experience as a project manager preferred
Knowledge and skills (general and technical) :
- Expertise in Continuous Improvement deployment using Lean Six Sigma methodology in a similar Industry.
- A minimum of 4 years experience in relevant function
