Manager/Senior Manager - Quality - BPO

Hiring for Manager /Sr. Manager Quality with 10-15 yrs experience for Noida and Chennai location.

1. Map and monitor business processes and thereafter make recommendations for on going improvements and process workouts.

2. Responsible for driving quality initiatives and productivity enhancement programs across the site/account.

3. Monitor performance according to agreed standards and take necessary action to meet defined performance levels.

4. Facilitate QMS/BPMS and audit for system/process compliance

Support the yellow belt/green belt projects and mentor them on the lean sigma methodology.

5. Developing SOP's to drive consistency and predictability in business.

6. Drive business compliance and measurement of Output metrics to ensure compliance to Audit requirements.

Health care BPO experience is mandatory.
