Manager/Sr. Manager - Public Relations & Communications - (Should be from Auto Industry Only)  Key Responsibilities:  - Develop integrated communications programs that helps to drive both Brand Power and Car Sales.   - Manage the delivery of corporate announcements, Press releases.   - Audit and improve all media relationships.   - Work with Digital team at central and local level to define and deploy optimal digital engagement working practices.   - Develop effective communications plans and outputs for the designated projects in line with over-arching corporate communications strategy.  - Collaborates with all levels of employees and management on internal communications strategies, including identifying and developing methods to communicate effectively to employees in multiple locations.   - Develops content for various internal communications channels. Plans and facilitates dialogue with staff through newsletters, magazines, intranet articles, email updates, presentations, announcements, leadership meetings etc.   - Media management including message development, issue briefs, media monitoring and reporting.   - Day to day management of agencies to drive media and social communications strategies.   - Heavy emphasis on writing, including PR plans, media materials, briefs and reports.   Desired Skills and competencies :  - Working with automotive industry would be a plus  - Strategic Thinker with strong exposure to Internal/ External and Marketing Communications  - Candidates who have exceptionally good communication skills - written and verbal   - Should have experience in content writing across media platforms and have a creative mindset   - Someone from an in-house Corporate Comm team in a large and reputed organization would be a great fit  Qualifications :  - MBA/PGDM in Advertising/Marketing or Corporate Communications/Public Relations from a reputed institute   About our Client : A French Multinational Automobile Manufacturer.
