Job Summary: Lead Project and Assist management including onshore stakeholders in driving integration of payment norms across various entities and regions

Responsibilities:

Assist management including onshore stakeholders in driving integration of payment norms across various entities and regions

Build a cartography of all payments tools used across scope of work

Define & document - As Is-processes

Train relevant staff on - Norms-

Gap analysis between - As Is- Process V/s - Norms-

Identify areas where the existing norms could be applied ""As Is-

Proposal for adopting the norms to meet - Business needs-

Put remediation actions where Gaps continue to exist

Determine & define payment KPI for inclusion in the Payment Global Dashboard

Prepare Project Charter, Analyze the Effort Estimation, Drive Steering Committee and provide management insight on the project through regular reporting

Build governance with business lines and project management function to cohesively drive integration topics

Understand business priorities and work towards creating short term & long term actions to achieve such priorities

Interfaces:

Global Payment Supervisor, Value Chain Owner on Payment Process, Various senior stakeholders across globe
