Designation : Training Manager

Grade : Manager/Senior Manager

Education : Any graduate or Post Graduate

Location : Mumbai

Job Role :

- Training Program Management

- Managing the entire backend activities for trainings through means of video conferencing/Classroom trainings for the zone.

- Conduct skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement

- Design training curriculam within time and budget constraints

- Liasioning with Talent Transformation team and other stakeholders for collating Training need Identification

- Resolving participants queries related to Classroom training

- Collect feedback from trainees and managers about training courses

- Report on impact of training programs (e.g. sales achieved)

- Preparing Analytical reports on the overall training performance.

- Training Program Management
