Details about the Position:

Designation: Manager / Senior Manager - Product Planning

Location: Delhi

Requisites:

- Any graduate/post graduate with 10+ years of experience into Product Planning

- Should have knowledge in pricing, segmentation, research, competitors analysis

Responsibilities:

- Analyze current product specifications and develop suitable short and long-term recommendations

- Achieve required sales objectives in consultation with parent company

- Detailed Study of Indian Auto Market, Segmentation, and determining best equipment for new vehicle

- Market Analysis for New Product Introduction, Planning & request

- Volume Planning / Retail Price Planning

- Grade Strategy Planning (Grade Line Up, Grade Differentiation & Colour Proposal)

- Profit / Loss Study (Comparison for Product Planning & Pricing)

- Preparation of Product Information Guide [ Sales Manual ] for Training Purpose

- Provide Advance Information on Competitive threats to stakeholder groups with relevant data to prepare requisite countermeasures by Competition Situation Monitoring/ Launch Calendar / Launch Report

- Contribute to study Team preparation, including evaluation of New Product strengths & opportunities

- Continual interaction with other affiliates on related or joint product planning opportunities

- Development of Model life Management planning initiatives, including Value Packages and Special Editions

- Preparation and participation in annual product reviews with Dealers and Zones

- Study and communicate vehicle suffix / color mix forecast for better inventory management

- Conduct & Coordinate meetings for all New Projects with all Departments
