Position summary: This position would be responsible for managing the evolution of organization's products in assigned product categories/geographies, through constant monitoring of next generation technologies, industry trends and customer needs. The position would play a key role in representing organization in key industry forums and in crucial conversations with our partners/potential clients Key role tenets: - Own and implement product growth strategy for assigned geographies/product categories via understanding of market and customer/prospect needs through active engagement with all stakeholders. - Participate and contribute to key customer engagements/presentations to ensure quick adoption of our products - Participate in industry forums (such as GSMA standardization meets) and contribute to appropriate evolution of industry norms and standards. - Have a robust engagement framework to actively engage with telecom operators and other partner organisations to understand evolving needs and ensure adequate mindspace for organisation brand and products - Engage with the field teams and customers on a regular basis to analyze/validate product market fit and identify new opportunities - Develop plans to market organization's portfolio of products in various geographical markets. - Balance development / evolution of products within their respective life cycles with overall need for strategic shifts based on market needs. - Create and enable production of sales collaterals, Go-to Market- support plans, business cases, pricing guidance, whitespace, case studies and other such collaterals required for ongoing client needs as well as for specific forums like trade shows. - Monitor product adoption/success and make recommendations to drive product effectiveness with current and prospective customers and partners. - Sales enablement and Marketing support - conduct regular deep dive product training for field staff to help them to be successful - Engage - in person- with customers on a regular basis for product pitch as well as for validation of product vision - Be a brand ambassador of product. Desired Profile: - Excellent communication and articulation skills to be able to communicate and influence partners and internal stakeholders to a committed course of action. - Excellent analytical and assertiveness skills to create prioritized frameworks for product development and guide internal engineering teams. - Excellent interpersonal skills to be able to collaborate with internal teams (CTO, sales, presales, engineering, implementation, support). - Robust (at least 3-4 years) of core product development and management experience in telecom/wider communication organizations. - Essential appreciation of engineering technology aspects and an ability to keep up with new technologies and product ideation around it. - Ability to design analytical and data driven products coupled with strong UX experience. - Detailed Understanding of analytics, AI, Machine learning would be helpful - A demonstrated mindset to to excel/thrive under an agile and constantly changing landscape - Around 7-9 years of progressively responsible experience.
