Details about the position:

Position: PCA- Management Trainee / Asst Manager / Manager / Sr Manager

Location: Noida

Shifts: Flexible

Requisites:

- Minimum 5-10 years of experience with ICWA/CIMA qualified.

- Handle more complex activities in Product Costing; should be very proficient with ERP and Excel

- Cost / Factory Accounting with plant experience.

- Should have exposure SAP (ECC), BI Tools.

- Strong Cost Accounting experience together with experience in process design / set up and driving improvement projects.

- Should have E2E experience in product costing;

- Should have driven improvement projects.

- Ready to work as an Individual contributor

- Should have excellent Communication skills.

Responsibilities:

- Manufacturing accounting

- Customer service and Logistics analysis

- Manufacturing OH analysis

- Product Cost Planning

- Recording Transactions

- Month end close

- Cost Analysis & Reporting

- Inventory Accounting & Reporting

- Responsible for helping with Solution identification

- Knowledge transfer docs

- Training of team

- Query resolution

- Stabilization of teams post transition
