Manager/Senior Manager - Procurement - Packaging Firm

- Responsible to strategise on Market and supplier intelligence for commodities/non-commodities, Industry Best Practices & Benchmarking, Reverse Auction, Price Forecasting, Risk and Spend Analysis

- Responsible for procurement Packaging Material - Rigid & Flexible

- Responsible to drive key operations like Contracting, Cost & Volume Optimization, Warehouse planning and Day-to-Day execution for seasonal products to maintain supply continuity as per Inventory norms

- To oversee suppliers analysis based on a specific performance criteria to track and evaluate suppliers on monthly basis.Oversee identification of reasons for QA issues and track action plan with timeline to resolve

- To Identify supplier related value engineering projects to help reduce cost, operational complexity and generate savings

- To lead work with R&D to identify materials for innovation or substitution as per marketing insights

- Responsible for delivery of new ingredients to meet new product launches as per required contribution margins

- Responsible for Planning & procurement of imported ingredients

- Responsible to plan & oversee supplier audits & adherance to quality standards
