Manager/Senior Manager (Procurement ) for one of the largest consumer durable company - Accountability for Market Procurement performance - Defining and deploying the market procurement strategy, performance objectives and targets in alignment with stakeholders. - Interface with all Market level stakeholders on all procurement related topics for services products and materials. - Ensure adherence in procurement process and policies in the market in line with standards with a key focus on cost efficiency - Vendor Management &amp; vendor development Desired candidate profile: - - Preferably - MBA with at least 8 to 10 years of relevant experience - Manufacturing or Engineering industry experience including creation and implementation of sourcing strategy - Expertise in negotiation with commercial/analytical &amp; engagement skills - Should have strong leadership skills along with services and delivery experience. - Strong relationship management skills
