Manager/Senior Manager - Privileged Access Management - BPO/IT

This role is responsible for both governance and certain administration aspects for privileged access management and identity management systems.

Key responsibilities of this role include :

- Establishing a governance framework for Privileged Identity and overall identity management which ensures there are adequate controls across the entire lifecycle of privileged identity including provisioning, technical controls, logging and monitoring and reporting

- Ensure adequate reports and documentation is maintained proactively on an ongoing basis for internal and audit purposes

- Undertake monitoring of privileged access, including trend analysis - leverage SIEM and other tools to ensure prompt detection of any unusual activity

- Work with larger information security team on monitoring, security awareness etc and apply them to the privileged account management domain

- Provide inputs into the larger identity management strategy and help develop governance framework

- Drive product life cycle enhancement and build robust Identity platform which is scalable

Requirements :

- At least 3 years of experience in identity management and 1 year in privileged access management

- Technical understanding of with PAM and Identity systems - Arcos, CyberArk, Oracle OPAM, OIG

- Strong understanding of information security and risk concepts

- Technical understanding of Windows, Unix and network security

- Familiarly on Access management systems like CA Siteminder and its related services like Federation on SAML 2 standards
