Senior Manager - Presales: Bid Management/Presales from Application Outsourcing/Technology Consulting/Engineering Outsourcing/Large Contract Staffing space
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Create compelling proposals as single point of contact from pre-RFP to Proposal Defense - both proactive and response to RFI, RFP and RFQ
- Responsible for deal conversion - Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and other stakeholders important to RFPs
- Create and lead client presentations.
- Primary & Secondary research on competition landscape, clients and identify whitespaces.
- Responsible for building proactive pipeline working with demand generation, marketing, and sales teams.
- Responsible for internal and external marketing, brand creation, industry analysts
- Help Client Partners to build account plans identifying white spaces for growth.
Role Demands:
- Excellent stakeholder management, working with senior leaders, excellent communication skills with collaborative ways of working.
- Primarily self-starter and deeply motivated and passionate to bring in new business to the Business Unit
- Find ways to make complicated tasks easy and innovate to bring in efficiency in workflows and processes.
- Ability to visualize and articulate proposals/solutions in a manner that makes sense to target audience and customers and helps us win deals.
Qualifications:
- Graduate/Postgraduate
- Presales/Bid Management experience from Application Outsourcing/Technology Consulting/Engineering Outsourcing/Large Contract Staffing is mandatory.
- Candidate from content moderation background can apply for this role in Presales.
- Experience - 8 to 12 years
