Key Result Areas/Accountabilities :

- Supporting Actions

- Develop new process and innovations to achieve Customer Satisfaction (C-Sat) targets

- Ensure continuous process improvements for better C-Sat scores.

- Provide innovative products and services for better C-Sat Targets

- Ensure better customer communication to achieve Delta (Difference between our BTI and leader's BTI) targets

- Coordinate with brand team on better customer communications, BTL ( below the line) communications to meet the required delta targets

- Enhance Postpaid revenues to achieve Circle Gross Revenue targets

- Provide inputs on launching, open and segmented offers for improving Postpaid revenues to achieve circle gross targets

- Enable open & segmented offers for various customer groups to achieve Postpaid Revenue targets

- Provide continuous product and process interventions, both at open market and segmented levels

- Achieve circle revenue Postpaid targets for 3 months Age on Network (AON )subs through inputs provided by sales data

- Make product correction to achieve Postpaid Annual Rate of Return (ARR )Targets

- Ensure control discounting

- Make product corrections to maintain circle ARR within budgeted levels

- Enable segmented programs for churn subs to achieve Postpaid Visitor Location register (VLR) Ads targets and Enable segmented & open offers to achieve VLR targets for Postpaid

- Increase VLR presence of subs through given inputs

- Launching proper offers to achieve circle VLR ads targets

- Initiate activities for VLR enhancement through segment promos and products to achieve circle VLR days targets

- Provide regular market feedback on brand, competition, customers to achieve Rural /Urban Brand Tracking Index (BTI) targets

- Coordinate with Brand team on innovative and Differentiated communications to achieve circle rural BTI(Brand Track Index) targets

- Differentiated communication to customers to achieve circle urban BTI targets
