Manager / Senior Manager - PMO

Our client is a captive technology center of one of the leading investment banking operations company, looking for Manager / Senior Manager PMO (IT Program Management Office)

The role will be responsible for :

- Establishing associated governance processes on various operational aspects in partnership with key stakeholders that cross functions and other organizational boundaries within the IT organization.

- Development and implementation of internal best practices for program management including the facilitation of global program status, issue/risk management with BU PMOs, execution of program health check audits, management reporting, identifying the program issues and risk escalation process when senior executive involvement is required.

- Working on key cross organizational integration activities such as driving awareness and decision-making tied to programs that could impact timelines and addressing major issues/risks etc.

- Responsible for publishing all reports used for monitoring, reviewing and forecasting functional goals/KPIs ; responsible for reporting on deviations, exceptions, trends and generating recommendations.

- Driving aspects of the IT Governance process (via participation or support) including, but not limited to monitoring and reporting out program and project status, major issues/risks requiring escalation and recommending changes to existing program/project management approach and related tools.

- Developing and facilitating a multi-tiered governance model to escalate issues / risks across various programs including the Global and BU PMO's.

- Liaison with Business Unit coordinators in information gathering and initiative implementation.

- Supporting, identification and evaluation of the business benefits of programs (as well as projects within them), facilitating reviews where required.

- Help influence in key decision making process around workforce management, demand & supply management, strategy implementation.
