Manager/Senior Manager - Plant HR - Manufacturing

Salary Range: 10 - 16 LPA

We have urgent opening with a leading Manufacturing firm based in Goa for Plant HR profile.

Profile : Plant HR

Grade : Manager & Sr. Manager(Based on experience)

Location - Goa (Madkai)

Job Requirement :

- Should have minimum exposure of 10 years

- Should have extensive experience in Industrial Relation (IR)

- Will be responsible for the HR / IR / Admin at Madkai, Tivim & Kudal.

- Should have extensive experience in manpower planning, employee engagement, contract labour, payroll management etc.

- Should be aware of local language & must speak local language.

Note : Candidates should have completed their SSC, HSC, Graduation & PG (2 years diploma / degree in Hr / IR or related field).

We are open for out station candidates but should have exposure of this region.
