He/She will manage the overall marketing budget and work with the relevant business teams in order to drive acquisition, repeat and scale through marketing interventions including brand marketing. They will be managing a 4-member team. Develop business plans, revenue projections and deliver against it. Co-ordinate across cross functional teams and manage key stakeholders. Candidates with hands on experience of online marketing tools will be required.

Areas of Responsibility:

1. Own overall traffic delivery and customer acquisitions.

2. Own customer repeat and other CLM metrics.

3. Own brand metrics

4. Spearhead planning exercise involving cost and traffic projections.

5. Conceptualize tests, collect and analyse data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid campaigns including paid search & app installs. Leverage data analytics to deliver strong marketing efficiencies.

6. Collaborate closely with product/revenue team to maximize ROI on the paid campaigns and maximize efficiency of CLM interventions.

7. Design & launch periodic experiments with clear success/failure metrics, for all major line of businesses.

8. Identify opportunities for automation and create roadmap for the same in conjunction with data science team.

9. Drive thought leadership in paid marketing landscape and drive strategy.

10. Responsible for bid optimization, portfolio selection to deliver Revenue targets and ROI on Ad spend. Test new platforms, features, and optimization methods.

11. Use web analytics tool (Adobe Omniture) to identify marketing opportunities (source countries, destinations, popular hotels etc.) Monitoring, Tracking, and optimizing campaigns to ensure business deliveries.

12. Co-ordinate between Tech and Product to drive conversion optimization and regular co-ordination with internal stakeholders with performance reporting.

Education & Skills Required:

1. MBA from a tier 1 institute. (2010-2015 pass-outs)

2. Should have a good understanding of performance marketing levers across app installs and/or paid search

3. Ability to scale-up efficiently on paid search and app installs

4. Must have demonstrated ability to increasing marketing efficiencies through marketing & product interventions.

5. Demonstrated ability to improve CLM metrics

6. Should have experience working w/ cross-functional teams in online / eCommerce. Specifically, should have worked with product, revenue, and category teams to drive growth

7. Should have managed a 3-4 members team

8. Bonus if any exposure to ATL campaigns and retention marketing
