Job Description :
- Role is Performance & Rewards, Rewards mainly is R&R, designing incentive schemes
- Review key HR processes like rewards covering Annual Performance Bonus (APB), Long Term Incentive (LTI) plan and Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) design and implementation
- This person will report to Director HR and will have 1 person reporting.
- The person has to be conceptually strong in areas of performance and rewards and have strong analytical and influencing skills.
