Job Description:
- Plan and Manage performance marketing campaigns on Google & Facebook Ads platform
- Create & optimize paid ads strategy to meet business goals & objectives
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI, ROAS and KPIs)
- Run Instals, Lead Generation, Engagement, In-App Action & Remarketing campaigns from ideation to media planning and optimization
- Funneled approach to planning campaigns and ad creation to meet end goals - TOF, MOF, BOF
- Create and manage SEM Campaigns to drive traffic through branded, competitor, industry and relevant keywords
- Drive app acquisition and engagement efficiencies through campaigns using targeting techniques, innovation, and creative excellence
- Conceptualize ad copies, Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Conceptualize creatives for the Ad Campaigns and brief the creative team
- Run A/B tests on campaigns & creatives and measure success of the experiments
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and set up events and user tracking etc.
- Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end campaign experience across multiple channels and audience touch points
- Instrument conversion points and optimizes user funnels
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
- Managing budgets and financial for digital marketing initiatives for the organisation
Skills Required:
- Experience in Google Adwords, Facebook & Instagram Ads, SEM & YouTube video campaigns
- Hands-on experience with using Analytics tools
- Strong orientation towards data gathering, problem solving, experimenting, and iterating with the results, to arrive at the right solution
- Customer centric and problem-solving mindset
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
