- The incumbent would be responsible for managing the payroll of the company
- Must have extensive experience in PMS (Performance Management System)
- Should have handled PMS & Payroll for a 500 - 1000+ employees company
- Must have a minimum of 8+ years of experience in the field of payroll & PMS
- Candidate from the food industry would be an added advantage
- Must have excellent communication skills - both written & verbal
- Must have handled at least 2 cycles of PMS in current company
- The position would report to the Head HR
- Must be a post graduate in Human Resources
Salary range : 10 - 12 LPA
