Job Summary:

Supporting the team on several OD, Talent management and Culture based initiatives for the Bank.

Detailed Responsibilities:

- Culture - Customer Service: Organize and manage ESQ Training company wide, develop content for DCB ESQuire newsletter monthly, Run the Internal ESQ Poll annually (including focus groups for low scored teams), Develop new and manage existing R&R for employees who display ESQ.

- Culture - Satisfaction: Run the GPTW annually (including application process, pre-survey branding, award nominations and focus groups for low scored teams), Take part in other satisfaction surveys across the Bank whenever needed (both internally and vendor driven). Design communication for imbibing Values & Competencies of the bank. Look at developing manager capability with respect to SPEAK scores (internal surveys).

- External Industry recognition: Apply for various HR awards (manage nomination process)

- Talent Management: Run assessment process for HiPo identification, Manage CDP process for HiPos development, Run talent initiatives for HiPo development, Create succession planning plan, Assist in IDP for successors, Manage entire promotion process (for both test and interview).
