Roles& Responsibilities:
- Conceptualization and design OD interventions to sustain a high performing culture
- Build proposals to introduce relevant OD practices based on research and stakeholder discussions
- Drive change management initiatives for effective acceptance of OD interventions
- Execution of all operational aspects including performance management process, goal setting, etc.
- Research emerging trends and map the trends to the organizations current needs.
- Track progress of all OD initiatives
