Position: Manager/Senior Manager- Organization Development

Job Location : Hyderabad / Bangalore

Required Exp : 5 to 11 years

Required Education : MBA HR (Full Time) - Premier Institutes (Batch 2012 to 2018)

Required Skills:

- Hands on experience in organization development.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

- High accountability with strong interpersonal, multi-tasking, and teamwork skills.

- Excellent communication skills

Roles& Responsibilities:

- Conceptualization and design OD interventions to sustain a high performing culture

- Build proposals to introduce relevant OD practices based on research and stakeholder discussions

- Drive change management initiatives for effective acceptance of OD interventions

- Execution of all operational aspects including performance management process, goal setting, etc.

- Research emerging trends and map the trends to the organizations current needs.

- Track progress of all OD initiatives
