Role is to handle :

- Employee Engagement & Wellness,

- Delivery of the diversity agenda of Group by focusing on Gender, Generation & Cultural diversity,

- Research & bench-marking in organisation effectiveness practices globally,Support group's participation in various HR forums, compliance

- MBA from premier institutes with 6 - 9 yrs of experience in handling OE roles

- Should be able to ideate, design initiatives. Ability to work independently with less supervision. Pref from top four consulting firms / HR Consulting Firms / candidates handling org effectiveness role in major corporates.

Compensation range : 19 - 25 LPA INR
