Manager/Senior Manager - Oracle HCM - IT Consulting Firm

Position of Manager / Sr. Manager on offer with a leading IT consulting company in Gurgaon. Candidate will be responsible for implementation, support and training of Oracle eBS Human Capital Management, to ensure that business requirements, Responsible to communicate with clients and project management & delivery.

Candidate should have :

- Very good understanding and hands-on experience of HCM Release 12

- Sound knowledge of at least one Oracle Payroll localization (preferably India/UK/US/Middle east)

- End to End implementation project experience minimum 3 projects.

- Excellent Communication Skills

Any Engineering degree/ MCA and/ MBA/CA with minimum 7 years of working experience in Oracle HCM / HRMS as a functional person. Kindly apply to the position
