Job Description : - FO ops - Candidate is responsible for the processing of transactions for all Wealth Products for the Family Office client such as SP, PE, Bonds, Equity, etc. - He should have a fair knowledge of Miles software working and WM products. - Candidate should have good oral & written skill and will have to coordinate with branches, product team & Customers on a day to day basis for Transaction execution, Account setup, and query resolution. - Candidate needs to prepare basic MIS related to queries and do root cause analysis. His core responsibility will be to process a transaction of FO and ensure portfolio is accurate. Expected End Result Major Activities : Product/Process Quality controls: - Measurement & monitoring of products and processes and realign at periodic intervals depending on business environment changes. Evaluate the quality control for adequacy and suitability. - Document verification for all products set up forms. - Maintaining the database to generate basic MIS related to WM products - Preparing MIS on the periodic basis. - Day 2-day processing for MF & WM products offline transactions such as NAV & transaction upload within TAT - Recon for MF and other Wm products Txn with RTA - Coordinate with Branch ops and Salesforce for quicker turnaround time for query resolutions Review Service level agreements, Procedure Documentation & Documentation controls : - Supervision of service standards and Service level agreements, Ensure that all operational procedure is documented in a way which is easy to understand and is also easily updated. - Ensure statements are sent on the periodic basis - Have periodic certification and take action required wherever necessary. Change Management - Manage the process of change and innovation in Organization, in - Use industry best practices in operation to increase efficiency and quality and automation to the extent possible in processes. SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE : Skill Sets Required : - Good Interpersonal skills - Hands on experience for operating of WMS products. - Adequate Compliance rules awareness - Should be aware of WM products and processes to be followed along with different interfaces for DP, Exchange trades, etc - Should have hands-on work experience for WM and other Debt Market products. - Required Miles system knowledge Qualification Required : - Prefer to have BARS knowledge. Candidate should be MBA with 3-4 yrs of experience in WM operation, prefer with Family Office set up. - Preferably certified in AMFI.
