- Manage the risk environment across the organization.

- Advice and lead his team to improve processes, implement changes and reduce the operational risk.

- Manage the audits and coordinate with offices globally to ensure audits and projects are executed as per the defined audit plans and conduct risk based internal and SOX audits

- Conduct Operational Risk Management and Governance.

- Develop an integrated system solution and reduce the efforts for the Turnbull.

- Build his team by recruiting high potential professionals.

- Maintain and Interact with the stakeholders on regular basis.
