Manager/Senior Manager - Operational Risk Management - BFSI

Key Responsibilities :

- Monitor the established risk appetite.

- Own the monthly risk MIS reports to Sr Leadership and provide information as required by stakeholders.

- Assess the risks of existing/ new process.

- Build the risk MIS/Operational Risk index for various line of business

- Planning, designing and implementing an overall risk management process for the organization.

- Manage a 3-4 member Ops Risk Team.

Skills Required :

Education : M.A.Economics or MBA-Finance/Operations from Premier Institution is mandatory

- ORM/FRM/PRM Certification is highly preferred

- Relevant experience in Operational Risk Management, Risk monitoring, Designing and Implementing risk management framework and MIS.

- Should have experience in Ops Risk Data & Loss Forecasting

- Candidates from Financial Services /Banks will be preferred.

- Good Communication, Customer Focus, Analytical skills required.
