Manager/Sr Manager - Operational Excellence

Purpose of the role :

- Operational Excellence (OE) Program at Share Service Center Delivery Network drives continuous improvement and innovation, trains the leaders and employees (Green and Black Belt), integrates lean principles & innovation approach across the organization and enable efficiency targets. The incumbent is a key member of the global OE team in driving OE global scope.

- Role is key to drive initiatives by engaging with leaders and centers across SSCDN to identify and scope Lean-related business challenges, conduct fact-based analyses and problem solving, and develop actionable recommendations to drive business impact through improvements in cost, customer experience, and demand management.

Key Responsibilities :

- Play a key role in developing, cascading-down and implementing OE global strategy to increase effectiveness and efficiencies and enable efficiency targets

- Engage key stakeholders and collaborate with senior leaders, leadership teams and people at various levels in complex operations and end-to-end processes globally in continuous improvement

- Lead global OE initiatives across centers or end-to-end functional areas, focus on business priorities and major process gaps, identify & prioritize improvement needs, develop projects pipelines and drive implementation.

- Enhance organization Lean capabilities, develop training materials and conduct Black Belt training, Green Belt training, and various module trainings on Lean Six Sigma tools and methodology, as well as sponsorship training and fundamental Lean training.

- Train and coach Black Belt candidates and Green Belts candidates on certification projects not only on Lean Six Sigma methodology but also on delivering business results.

- Consult and coach strategic or complex improvement projects to ensure delivery of significant business value in revenue, working capital, customer experience, cost savings or quality.

- Train and coach leaders and employees in daily operations on problem solving, apply Lean tools to address their daily issues and enhance people's lean skills.

- As a senior Black Belt and Green Belt trainer, train the other trainers in preparation of potential program scope growth.

- Potential team lead to lead a small team and develop talents.

- Pilot, lead or support global LM&I projects and global roll-out, and share best practice globally

Qualifications :

- Bachelor or master degree in industrial engineering, supply chain, business administration, or any other relevant field

- Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt or Black Belt

- More than 5 years experience in service center or supply chain operations with thorough understanding of end-to-end business process, such as S2P, supply chain, finance or accounting

- Ability in developing and teaching both Black Belt and Green Belt training courses and coaching certification projects

- Capable to train, coach and work with leaders and people on Lean Six Sigma across all levels cross-functionally and multi-culturally in matrix organization

- Experienced in working and coaching senior leaders on continuous improvement

- Strong in both strategic thinking and planning as well as operational execution

- Strong accountability in managing program / project, achieving stretched business targets

- Good communication skills, ability to influence stakeholders to drive results.
