We have an urgent opening for one of the leading pharmaceutical company for the profile of Manager/Sr. Manager Monitoring (Official Ethics & Compliance) in Mumbai Location.

- The Senior Manager / Manager (Monitoring) - OEC will perform Monitoring review, provide advice and counsel on matters of compliance and ethical business practices.

- The resource assist with the continued enhancement of the Compliance Program by executing, through collaborative interactions and innovative strategies designed to assist the company in achieving its business objectives within the parameters of the law and Abbott's Compliance Program.

- Conduct Risk and Analytics based reviews and work with Key stake holders for enhancement of compliance

- Work with eye for details with ability to interpret data both at Macro level and Micro level

- Actively contribute towards implementation and strengthening of compliance policies, procedures, and practices across the affiliates.

- Define, draft compliance audit protocols across affiliates Abbott, draft the compliance audit plan, track issues and timely closure and report out in compliance committees with an objective enable process improvement

- Conduct Data analytics, prepare presentations and also make leadership presentations in compliance committees

- Develop, implement, and coordinate education and training programs that focus on the elements of the corporate-wide compliance program, particularly related to key values, policies and procedures.

- Provide advice as it relates to compliance with applicable policies and procedures.

- Lead project teams in implementing complex, cross-functional ethics and compliance initiatives to include corrective and preventive measures.

- Maintain a current working knowledge of various laws, regulations, and industry guidance that impact the affiliate-wide compliance program

- Monitor high risk transactions on a timely basis, define applicable system controls in place for review, approval of activity and timely preparing the dash boards for appropriate report outs to the management and OEC director

- Be aware of changes in regulatory environment to guide suitable proactive measures to mitigate risk

Required Education / Experience :

- Chartered Accountant with Big 4 work experience and working experience in Major Pharmaceutical or Devices marketing and sales interactions companies

- Ideally the candidate will have a minimum of 12 years of related professional experience including some pharmaceutical or health care compliance program experience as either a member of a multinational compliance team, consultant, or outside counsel.

- Demonstrated problem-solving skills with ability to connect dots

- Strong Analytical skills with ability to build / validate hypothesis

- Strong communication skills and management experience
