Manager/Senior Manager - Mobility - Consulting Firm

We are Hiring for a leading technology consulting and services firm focused on Data Analytics and Emerging Technologies.

Designation- Manager / Sr. Manager Mobility

Experience- 9 to 13 Years

Location- Gurgaon

Work Timings- 12 noon to 9 PM

- Candidate with a good understanding of HR global mobility policies including immigration, balance sheets, compensation and benefits and assignment services for US Geography

- Experience of working in international environments and having a true international perspective, fostering an open-minded approach to work and stakeholders.

- Ability to provide technical expertise on all stages of the assignment life cycle, including policy explanation, assignment structuring, cost containment, compensation delivery and regulatory compliance

- Mastering the entire Visa process from bearing the legal, financial and regulatory framework

- Provide mobility related support to employees across the mobility life cycle for all inbound and outbound assignments in line with SLAs

- Initiate, coordinate and track workflows between countries to ensure delivery and execution of key mobility milestones and activities

- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of information through the entry, maintenance and management of deputed associate s information in the global database on an ongoing basis

- Document, track and report on key mobility performance metrics including policy compliance and the identification of continuous improvement opportunities, e.g., improvements to process or policy

- Managing the relationship with the external service providers & coordinate with Consulates

- Good to have experience in compliance, legal or regulation based field

- Looking for people who have good knowledge of visa rules & process for major markets from VFS, embassies, High commissions
