Hiring Manager / Sr.Manager in "Mobile App Marketing".
About The Role :
Marketing team is seeking an experienced App marketing professional to design, implement and lead performance marketing and product strategy for Procure Meet's mobile app.
Responsibility :
Lead, establish, implement and measure the effectiveness of app advertising initiatives to drive awareness and adoption for ProcureMeet
Drive the implementation of new scalable, cost-efficient campaigns and maximize ROI
Leverage internal marketing channels as well as external marketing channels such as partners to drive app downloads and overall app user acquisition
Establish and optimize a variety of app advertising partnerships to drive greater adoption
Champion fundamental user experience elements of the app to ensure that the right voice and high-quality content are maintained
Demonstrate ability to work at the strategic level (generating bold and innovative ideas for growth) and at the tactical level (managing advertising campaign execution, creating and optimizing campaigns, analyzing traffic data and solving problems)
Collaborate closely with app technical and business teams within as well as external vendors to manage simultaneous time-sensitive projects
Proactively share and learn best practices from successful user apps existing today.
Manage internal, agency and other external relationships to run campaigns across a wide array of networks and mediums, reaching maximum current and potential app users
For overall traffic and user acquisition, the person will be responsible for acquiring quality traffic, converting traffic to users and driving action.
Additionally, the person will focus on unblocking marketing initiatives that prevent increased user conversion within these pipelines as well as developing a strong pipeline of users interested in signing up for the Procure Meet network.
Requirements
Master's degree in marketing or business / Bachelor's degree with relevant experience will also be considered.
5+ years in B2C app user acquisition, B2C traffic generation, managing mobile advertising. direct traffic marketing
Knowledge of mobile advertising campaigns, networks and the mobile user
Leveraging the latest technologies such as advanced behavioral targeting, ad re-targeting, real-time bidding, demand side platforms (DSP), and dynamically generated creative
Demonstrated ability to create innovative new marketing programs and/or partnerships that generate results
Must be highly analytical, with a sound grasp of performance optimization strategies. Must be very commercially aware, having owned marketing budgets and revenue goals of significant scale.
Experience of the display advertising eco-system including hands-on experience with mobile ad networks, media buying agencies, GDN, programmatic buying, social media, re-targeting, etc
Passion for metrics and quantitative analysis, and ability to turn analysis into actionable programs.
